Heretaunga Rotary is responsible for hanging baskets at the Silverstream shops.
The club has donated funds and labour to upgrade various Plunket facilities in Upper Hutt.
The annual bookfest is our main fundraising activity. The funds raised from bookfest are fed back into the community through our projects. Bookfest also provides a valuable service to the community.

The club is active in a number of projects
The club has supported the following projects in the last 12 months. Funds raised in the community are used to support projects. These could be local community based projects or overseas based activities.
The club is active in the local community supporting a range of activites with funding and utilising the expertise of clubs members.
Traditionally Rotary has been active in a range of international projects.
We support a variety of projects benefitting youth in our local community and beyond.
The club meets weekly from 6 pm for a start at 6.30pm. The meeting begins with dinner. There is a guest speaker most weeks. The evening concludes at 8 pm. Visitors are welcome and the cost of the meal is $20.
